Once again the Grand National Festival has a packed schedule planned for 2019, Aintree Racecourse certain to be packed to the rafters for one of the most famous race meetings on the planet. The big race itself takes place at 5:15 on Saturday 6th April, however in addition to this there are another 20 races throughout the three days of the festival with an accumulated prize fund total of some £3,200,000 including the Grand National itself. That’s not to mention the huge sums likely to be wagered by countless thousands of punters up and down the land, indeed this famous meeting is watched by millions around the world and it is seen as a great advert for horse racing in this country.
Tickets have almost sold out for Grand National day itself so hurry before they’re all gone. If you can’t attend on the Saturday itself, then there are some great races on the Thursday and Friday of the festival. Here’s the full line-up for the three days of the 2019 Grand National Festival.
