Grand National Tickets
Amongst all of the doom and gloom of recent months, there are big indications that the world is starting to return to something approaching normality. The football season has restarted and more importantly for racing fans, horse racing has resumed. Both sports may be behind closed doors at the moment but it is clearly a massive step in the right direction.
The cancellation and postponement of the big sporting events has been a huge disappointment, however the Grand National will make a welcome return on April 10th 2021 and tickets for the big event will be released next month.
Racegoers planning to go to this year’s event were offered the chance to receive either a full refund or roll their tickets over to next year and many decided on the latter. As such Grand National Tickets for 2021 will be even more in demand and as such it is hugely important that you are quick off the mark when they are released.
With that in mind, why not register with the Jockey Club using the exclusive links on this page and receive priority booking to buy Grand National Tickets. This is easy to do and just requires you to complete the simple registration form. You aren’t obliged to actually purchase any tickets at this stage, it is simply in order for you to get first choice. As soon as tickets become available, you get a full 48 hours before the rest of the general public.
2021 Grand National Ante-post Odds
As with all the major sporting events, the leading bookmakers are already offering ante-post odds on the 2021 Grand National. We are a long way from the actual date of the race and as such we can’t expect a comprehensive list at this stage, however two-time winner Tiger Roll is top of the betting market at a general 12/1 (biggest price 16/1) while Cheltenham Festival winner Easysland is way behind at 25/1. This is likely due to the fact that he is still a six-year-old and will likely not be aimed at the Aintree spectacular next year.
Other potential runners which feature prominently in the betting are Burrows Saint and Native River which are both as low as 20/1 with some bookmakers. As the season gets fully underway in August, trainers will start to pick their festival targets and the odds market will evolve accordingly from then onwards.
Remember that if you back any runner ante-post at this stage and it isn’t subsequently entered into the Grand National, you will not get your stake back!
