The biggest horse racing event in the UK – the Randox Grand National – is now just two days away and thousands of racegoers will be heading to the iconic Aintree Racecourse to see some of the best runners and riders compete in the gruelling marathon.
For those who are unable to be at the venue in person, ITV will once again be proving full coverage of most of the races, including the Grand National itself which is scheduled to get underway at 5.15pm on Saturday, April 15th.
Noble Yeats won the Grand National twelve months ago and he will make an eagerly-awaited comeback to defend his crown.
The number of horses taking part in the Grand National has now been whittled down to the final 40 for the 2023 renewal of the famous steeplechase. Corach Rambler is favourite at the time of writing to finish first past the post, while two-time Cheltenham Country Chase winner Delta Work is fancied to do well here.
